1. Customer Relations & Operations (Intern/Full-Time)


  • Assist in processing and fulfilling customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Managing inventory levels and ensure timely shipments.
  • Provide support to customers via email, phone, and live chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in conducting regular inventory audits to reconcile discrepancies and optimize stock levels.
  • Contribute ideas and suggestions for streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency.
  • Assist in Showroom retail operations


  • Genuine enthusiasm for both e-commerce and the fashion industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Able to work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
