For online purchases - Returns have to be done within 14 days (local) and 30 days (international) from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original brand new, unwashed, unworn and unscented condition with tags and hygiene seal intact. Sale or discounted items are not eligible for returns unless stated otherwise. Refunds will only be done in the form of store credit. Please note that for credit returns, a $4 courier fee will be deducted for the subsequent shipping. Store credit will be valid online and in the showroom for a period of 6 months from the date of issue. Kindly note that shipping charges are non-creditable.

For showroom purchases - Items are not allowed for return or exchange.

All return requests made after 14 days for local orders, 30 days for international orders, will not be entertained. Returns or exchanges are not acceptable on all sale items, accessories and discounted items. This includes orders that have utilised store credits and discount codes (excluding first-time welcome code). All items under made-to-order series are not eligible for returns and exchanges too. Certain preorder items are not valid for returns & exchanges unless otherwise stated.

To submit a return request, please log into your account. Under 'My Account' > 'My Order' > 'Return Items'. You may only proceed with the return when we have approved your return request. 

Once we have received your parcel, please allow 1-3 working days for us to process the store credit refund.

All Align products that are bought from stockists will follow their return policy. We do not allow any returns bought from other platforms. 

We sincerely apologize if you have received an incorrect or defective item. Kindly drop us an email to Our customer service team will get back to you as soon as possible.

Exchanges can only be done in the showroom. If the replacement item is of a lower value, you may use the excess value on another item. Please note that any excess value cannot be refunded. If the replacement is of a higher value, you will have to cover the difference.

Preorder & Made-To-Order

Unless otherwise specified, Preorder items are eligible for returns and exchanges after you have receive your order. Do note that returns are processed in store credits while exchanges can only be done in our Showroom. 

Occasionally, we offer Preorders when our items are sold out and we are able to accommodate orders for the upcoming restock. This guarantees that you can secure the item you want before it sells out again, as our stock tends to be in high demand. The duration of a Preorder can vary, and we recommend checking the relevant product description page for an estimated timeframe. Alternatively, you can visit our Preorder Updates page at for the latest information. Please note that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and this could cause delays to your order. While we are unable to guarantee delivery within the estimated time frame, we will make every effort to adhere to it as closely as possible. We appreciate your understanding and patience, and we promise that your custom-made item will be well worth the wait.

Because our Made-To-Order items are customised specifically for you, we regret that we cannot offer returns or exchanges for any orders placed within this series. To ensure that you select the best size, style, and colour for your unique needs, please do not hesitate to contact us or visit our showroom. We would be happy to assist you in choosing the perfect combination that will fit you perfectly and meet your expectations.

Our Made-To-Order items typically take between 5-8 weeks to be made, although this is only an estimated time frame. We kindly request that you only participate in our Made-To-Order series if you are comfortable with the potential waiting period. Please note that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and this could cause delays to your order. While we are unable to guarantee delivery within the estimated time frame, we will make every effort to adhere to it as closely as possible. Kindly note that if there is a delay in your order, we will be unable to process a refund or exchange as they are customised to your preference. We appreciate your understanding and patience, and we promise that your custom-made item will be well worth the wait.

Our Made-To-Order series is only available a few times each year, but it's worth the wait. During these exclusive periods, you can customise your swimwear by selecting your preferred style and colour. This allows our skilled garment makers to create a unique piece that is tailored to your preferences while also reducing fabric waste. Please note that Made-To-Order items take approximately 5-8 weeks to be made, but we assure you that the wait will be worth it.

Delivery and Self-Collection

Yes, it will be a split shipment. Instocks will be shipped first with express delivery. While the preorder item will be shipped using standard local courier once the preorder arrives. If you have any concerns regarding the delivery, kindly contact us here.

For local orders:

All local orders will enjoy complimentary shipping. You can expect to receive your order within 2-4 business days after your order has been placed. We also offer same-day delivery* at a flat rate of $15 and next-day delivery* at a flat rate of $10. 
*For same-day delivery, kindly order before 4PM. For next-day delivery, kindly order before 6PM. Orders placed over the weekends or public holidays will only be processed on the next business day. 

For international orders:

Complimentary delivery is offered for orders above SGD$150 within Malaysia, orders above SGD$180 for countries in Zone 2, and orders above SGD$250 for all other international countries. Please refer to our flat fee shipping charges here.

* Kindly note that the delivery times exclude delays held up at customs. International orders may be subject to duties and fees that vary by country and are based on the value of your order, which will be borne by the recipient. We are not liable for lost, stolen and damaged goods handled by courier companies.

We are unable to allow customers to choose their delivery timing and date for regular local shipping. Shipping will take 2-4 days after orders have been processed. We cannot guarantee delivery time and date too.

Yes, we do! Gift sustainably with our Furoshiki Gift Wrap that can be reused in many different ways - bag, scarf, lunch bag etc.


Please take your swimwear or resort wear out of its packaging and recycle our biodegradable bag. Then, proceed to follow our wash care guide and give the item its first wash before using it. 

If your swimwear gets stained, here's what you can do:

  • Act quickly: Rinse the stain with cold water as soon as possible to prevent it from setting.
  • Apply a stain remover or mild detergent to the stained area.
  • Gently rub the fabric together, but avoid scrubbing vigorously.
  • Rinse thoroughly and allow your swimwear to air dry.
  • Avoid using bleach as it will alter the colour of your swimwear.

Our fabrics are imported from Italy and the pieces are ethically hand-made in Indonesia while designed in Singapore. 

Most products from our Core Collection will be restocked. Do join our waiting list to be notified when the item is restocked. For other products, they are not guaranteed to be restocked as we do not wish to over-produce. All fabrics are available seasonally hence we cannot be sure that we are able to produce them whenever we want. You may join our waiting list under each product page to get notified when it is back in stock.

Yes we are - from production to distribution, we ensure that we always put the environment first. Our swimwear is fully made with Econyl and Repreve fabrics. They are created from regenerated nylon and recycled plastic bottles respectively. All of our packaging materials are recyclable, reusable or compostable.

We suggest hand washing our products with cool tap water and gentle fabric detergent. Lay your swimwear flat on a towel to air dry. Do avoid using a dryer or any high heat. You can also find our wash care guide here.

Each roll of fabric may have slight differences in fabric composition. Therefore, there may be slight material variances. However, we strive for material consistency and take material variance with high importance in order to maintain our swimwear quality.

We strive to portray the most accurate color possible of the products that appear on our website. However, there may still be slight color discrepancies due to monitor resolution.


Our showroom is open every Monday-Friday, 1.00pm to 6.00pm. We are occasionally open on Saturdays from 11.00am to 6.00pm. You may check our appointment availability here. Kindly note that we do not allow walk-ins as we may have ongoing appointments and will not be able to serve you. Therefore, please make an appointment here.

Purchases made at our showroom are not eligible for returns or exchanges. However, we always inform our customers to check and try the purchases to ensure everything is in order before leaving with the purchase.

Yes, it is! You can check the availability of our stocks online before visiting our showroom as they share the same inventory system.

Yes, you can use store credits in our showroom. However, store credits cannot be used on pop-up brands.

Gift Card

Yes, we do! You may purchase our gift cards here.
Our gift cards are available in denominations of SGD50, SGD100, SGD150 and SGD200. They are valid for 1 year from the date of issue or purchase.


Please note that your accumulated spending will only be carried forward for the purpose of upgrading your membership tier. However, once your tier cycle concludes, or even if you continue to remain in the same tier, the accumulated balance will be reset to $0. 

To become a SunLover, you must first achieve the SunChaser tier, which requires a minimum spending of $300. Any excess balance from this amount will contribute to your total accumulated spending of $600, which is necessary to reach the SunLover tier. Since you have spent $650, $300 goes to qualifying for SunChaser and the remaining $350 goes to chalking up accumulated spend to reach SunLover tier. You will simply need to spend another $250 to qualify for SunLover tier. 

Another example: 
You made a purchase of $950 that enables you to qualify for the SunLover tier. Out of the total amount, $300 will contribute towards your SunChaser tier. With $650 remaining, you have met the minimum spending requirement of $600 beyond the SunChaser tier.

Yes, the welcome discount and birthday discount can be used in our showroom. Kindly note that these discounts are a one-time use discount code.

Your tier cycle starts when you first join our Sunset Club. Each tier cycle lasts for 12 months unless your current tier is upgraded.

E.g. I joined the loyalty program on 1 Jan 2023 and got upgraded to SunChaser on 1 June 2023. Your new membership tier will end on 1 June 2024 unless you maintain your status or get upgraded.

There are three tiers of membership. If you spend $300 in 12 months, you will be upgraded to a SunChaser member. If you spend $600 after SunChaser in 12 months, you will be upgraded to a SunLover member. 

Sunbather - Spend $0-$299 within 12 months

SunChaser - Spend $300 after SunBather within 12 months
*To maintain SunChaser status, accumulated spending of $300 will be taken into renewal

Sunset points can be earned through cash purchases. For every $1 spent, 1 point will be earned. You can redeem 200 points for $2 off your next purchase. 

Yes, Sunset Points have a validity of a year from the date of issue. Kindly note that Sunset points cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded or transferred. 

To maintain your membership, you will need to spend $300 and $600 within 12 months for SunChaser and SunLover respectively. There are no minimum spend requirement for SunBather as it is our basic tier. Accumulated spending before reaching the tier will not be taken into account for renewal. 

For example: On your first order, you made a purchase totaling $450, which qualifies you for the SunChaser tier. Out of this amount, $300 will be allocated towards your SunChaser tier, while the excess $150 will be added to your accumulated spending for a potential upgrade to the SunLover tier. It's important to note that the excess amount does not contribute to maintaining your membership since you have just reached the SunChaser tier.

To maintain your membership, you will need to spend an additional $300 within 12 months, which will count towards both maintaining your account and your total accumulated spend.


We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Apple Pay, Grabpay, Atome and ShopBack PayLater. For those residing in Singapore, we also accept PayNow and Bank Transfer. Orders will only be confirmed once payment has been received.
