Q: How do we place an order for Made-To-Order?

A: Simply send in your order through the request form and we will get back to you on availability & how to make payment.

Q: What is the lead time for Made-To-Order?

A: It will take around 6-8 weeks after order has been paid and confirmed.

Q: Can I customise the styles differently? 

A:Regrettably, we're unable to accommodate customisations beyond selecting different colours for the existing styles we offer.

Q: Can we choose colors other than the ones provided in the selection?

A: Absolutely! Feel free to request any colours you prefer, and we'll inquire with the factories to see if they have any options similar to what you're looking for!

Q: Are there any additional fees for Made-To-Order pieces?

A: Nope! There are no additional fees for Made-To-Order pieces. 

Q: What are the prices for the pieces?

A: Prices will be the usual retail price as per our online website. One-Pieces will be $119-$139. Tops will be $89-$95. Bottoms will be $65-$73. Do note that for print fabric, it will be +$10 on top of the styles. 

Q: Can I do a return/exchange for Made-To-Order pieces?

A: Unfortunately, returns and exchanges are strictly NOT allowed for Made-To-Order pieces as they are customised for you. We would encourage you to come down to our Showroom to try the styles or enquire with our team to find out your fit.
