Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

To submit a return request, please log into your account. Under 'My Account' > 'My Order' > 'Return Items'. You may only mail your item back to us when your return request has been approved. 

For returns to be valid, the request for the return of items must be submitted and mailed back within the stipulated time frame. Your order number or return request details must be indicated for identification on or in your return package. Unidentifiable returns will not be processed and be subjected to delays.

  • Returns must be done within the specified days from the date of delivery: 14 days (Local), 30 days (International).
  • Returns must be in their original brand new, unwashed, unworn and unscented condition with tags and hygiene seal intact. It must be returned in the original packaging intact, in a resalable condition. 
  • If your return is soiled or has noticeable stains or wear, a fee of 5-10% will be charged, For hygiene purposes, please wear your undergarment while trying on your items.
  • Refunds on returned goods are only processed in the form of store credits. We do not offer cash refunds for returns. Please note that for credit returns, a $4 courier fee will be deducted for the subsequent shipping.
  • Sales items, discounted items, embroidered items, BOOMBA inserts and specifically stated non-returnable items are not eligible for return.
  • Orders placed with discount codes (except first-time welcome code) and store credit are not eligible for return.
  • All items under made-to-order series are not eligible for returns and exchanges.
  • For preorder items, we do allow returns unless otherwise stated.
  • For returns handled via mail, all additional shipping fees will be borne by you. Original shipping charges, duties and/or taxes are non-refundable.
  • You are advised to mail your return package via a mode of delivery that allows tracking. Align Swim will not be liable for any lost return packages and will not be able to process your return if it does not reach us. 

Store Credits will be issued once your return is processed. It will be credited to your account and can be used to offset offline and online purchases. Store Credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and are non-refundable and non-transferable. Kindly note that shipping charges are non-creditable. Returns that do not fulfil all conditions will be rejected and a redelivery fee will be required. 

All returns are final. Items you wish to repurchase with the returned store credits will not be reserved or guaranteed.

Exchange Policy

To submit an exchange request, please log into your account. Under 'My Account' > 'My Order' > 'Return Items'. You may only book an exchange appointment when your return request has been approved. 

For exchanges to be valid, the exchange must be done within the stipulated time frame. Exchanges can only be done in our showroom. If you are unable to visit our showroom, please opt to return via mail instead. You will be refunded in the form of store credits, which can be used to purchase another item.

  • Exchanges are only valid for regular-priced items or orders that utilised the first-time welcome promo code online. 
  • Orders placed with discount codes (except first-time welcome code) and store credit are not eligible for exchanges.
  • Exchanges must be done within 14 days for local and 30 days for international orders.
  • Exchanges can only be done in the showroom. If the replacement item is of a lower value, you may use the excess value on another item. Please note that any excess value cannot be refunded. If the replacement is of a higher value, you will have to cover the difference. 
  • A one-time exchange is allowed per order.

Defects

  • We sincerely apologise if you have received an incorrect or defective item.
  • In the case of a defective or incorrect item received, kindly email us at returns@alignswim.com with your order number and photos of the defect.
  • Do ensure that items are in their original brand new, unwashed, unworn and unscented condition with tags and hygiene seal intact. It must be returned in the original packaging intact.
  • We will process a full refund or an exchange for a defective item.
