Will my sunset points expire?
Nope! Sunset points do not have an expiration date.
How do I redeem my birthday points?
Members are eligible to receive 250 points as a birthday reward. To qualify, members must provide their birthdate at least 30 days in advance. Points will not be issued immediately upon entering the birthdate and will only be credited to the member’s account on their birthday. Birthday reward points are subject to the program’s terms and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.
If I return an item, am I still entitled to the points?
For points accumulation, the system takes into account the total amount paid and excludes returns.
What are the points redemption system?
Members can redeem their points for coupons based on the following structure: - 250 points = $5 off - 450 points = $10 off - 850 points = $20 off - 1,000 points = 15% off
How do I earn my points?
Earn 1 Sunset Point for every $1 spent. Points are only awarded to cash spent. They are not awarded for any Coupon or Gift Card usage.
