Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
- All return goods must be done within 21 days for local orders and 30 days for international orders from the date of delivery.
- Goods must be in new, unworn condition with tags and hygiene seal intact.
- Good that are not met with the above conditions will be rejected. If there are any form of stains or damaged to the product, we will charge a penalty fee of 5%-10% of the value of product depending on the severity.
- Refunds on return goods will be processed in credit notes (valid for 6 months only) or exchanges only!
- Goods purchased via Align platforms can only be return or exchange through us.
- Goods purchased at The Editor's Market's platforms will only be returned and exchangeable via their respective platforms.
- All credit notes used for subsequent purchase will be final sale.
- Preorder items are not allowed for returns/exchanges.

- All related shipping costs (including custom duty taxes) for return goods will be borne by the customer.
- To ensure a successful return, all returns must be shipped back via safe and trackable shipping method, please remember to add tracking number to your returns here after shipping back: http://alignswim.returnscenter.com
- Credit returns excludes items using promotion, discount codes/sale/clearance.
- For credit returns, a $4 courier fee will be deducted as we offer free shipping in Singapore. Hence for subsequent return order delivery fee, it will be imposed on the return order.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges for sizes/styles are strictly allowed on: Regular-priced items or first-time promo order ($5 off).
- Preorder items are final sale and not allowed for returns/exchanges.

- Top ups/credit refunds will be based on item value.
- Each order is only allowed to exchange once.

- Do ensure that items are in new, unworn condition with tags and hygiene seal intact.
- We will process full refund or do an exchange for defective items.

- All items purchased from our showroom are Final Sale.
- No returns/exchanges are allowed.
- All promotional codes for online are exclusive for online purchases only, unless otherwise stated.
- Similarly, all promotional campaigns going on in our showroom are exclusive for offline purchases, unless otherwise stated.
