Return & Exchange
How long is the return & exchange policy?
- Exchanges are to be made within 21 days for local orders and 30 days for international orders from date of delivery.
- All related shipping costs (including custom duty taxes) will be borne by customers.

How can I make a return or exchange?
Merchandise purchased through Align Swim's online platform can only be returned or exchanged through our personal platforms.

Follow the instructions on the page by first entering your order number and email address. If you encounter any issues, please kindly email us at email@example.com. Do allow us 1-3 business days to get back to you, thank you!
Can I exchange merchandise bought from stockists?
Merchandise bought at Align's showroom are non-returnable or exchangeable.
Merchandise bought at The Editor's Market flagship store or online platform have to be returned and exchanged through them.
How will my order be refunded?
- Credit returns excludes items using promotion or discount codes/sale/clearance or preorder items.
- To ensure a successful return, all returns must be shipped back via safe and trackable shipping method.
- Refunds on return goods will be processed in credit notes (valid for 6 months) or exchanges only.
Which items can be exchanged or returned?
- Exchanges for sizes/styles are strictly allowed on: Regular-priced items or first-time promo order ($5 off).
- Top ups/credit refunds will be based on item value.
- Each order is only allowed to exchange once.
- Items purchased at the showroom are not allowed for any return or exchange.
- Items bought through The Editor's Market are not available for return or exchange through Align Swim.
What if my item is defective?
We will offer full refund or exchange for your defective piece. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Delivery & Self Collection
Do you ship locally?
Yes we do!
All local orders comes with free shipping, with no minimum spending! All local orders takes 2-4 shipping days (excludes processing days).
You can also opt for express shipping.
- Same day delivery: Additional $15
- Next day delivery: Additional $10
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do!
All international orders comes with free shipping with a minimum spending of $180.
- Express shipping: $15 (3-6 days)
Asia (Other countries)
- Regular shipping: $18 (1-3 weeks)
- Express shipping: $35 (3-6 days)
International (Other countries)
All other international orders takes 2-3 weeks for regular shipping. (Due to covid-19, there may be some delays, we will not be liable for such delays).
- Regular shipping: $25 (2-3 weeks delivery time)
- Express shipping: $55 (4-10 days delivery time)
*All duties and taxes will be borne by recipient.
*We are not liable for lost, stolen and damaged goods handled by courier companies.
Can I self-collect my purchases?
Yes! Self collection will be available at our showroom.
Please opt for local pick up during check out. You will receive a text message from us shortly after for instruction to pick up your order.
What payment methods are accepted online?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Apple Pay, Grabpay, ShopBack PayLater (formally Hoolah) and Atome.
What payment methods are accepted in the showroom?
We accept credit cards (Visa & Mastercard), NETS, PayNow, GrabPay, Favepay, Atome and Cash.
Cashless payments are encouraged.
Do you accept instalment plans?
Yes we do! We have 2 types of instalment plans for you to choose from - ShopBack PayLater (formally Hoolah) and Atome.
Both plans allows you to pay 3 equal plans, spread over 3 months at 0% interest.
What are your opening hours?
Our showroom is open every Monday-Friday, 12:00pm - 6:00pm.
Certain weekends (Saturdays) will be open from 11:00am - 6:00pm. Do check our appointment availability here.
Can I return or exchange purchases?
Purchases made at our showroom are not valid for return or exchange.
Are the inventory in the showroom and online the same?
Yes! You can check the availability of our stocks online before coming down to our showroom as they are the same.
Where are the swimwear made from?
- Our fabric are imported from Italy while the pieces are ethically manufactured in Indonesia.
- All pieces are designed originally in Singapore.
Which items will be restocked?
- Products from our Core Collection will constantly be restocked. Join our waiting list to get notified if the item is currently out of stock.
- Products from our latest collection will most likely be restocked as well.
- Do note that any products that are not part of our Core Collection will no longer be restocked.
Is your brand sustainable?
- Yes and we are proud of it! Our eco-friendly fabric (Econyl) are made from recycled materials from landfills and the ocean. We hope to spread awareness on sustainability issues in the fashion industry.
- Our packaging boxes and pouches are also designed to be reused for storage functions.
- Our swimwear pouches are also made from eco-friendly linen fabric, and we highly encourage everyone to repurpose them. #sustainablefashion
Does all swimwear come with paddings?
Most of them come with removable paddings except the Renee Top. Renee Top is the first design that we came up with and we are extremely happy with how it turns out. We toyed with the idea of adding paddings however it just looked really bulky. Hence, we altered it to ensure that it covers the right places. Our designs are meant to be worn as comfortable as possible without worrying about a single thing!

Do I receive a pouch with every purchase?
Our complimentary pouch is only given to every first order. However, it is for sale here.
Can sale products be returned or exchanged?
Sale items are final sale and are not valid for returns or exchanges. You can chat with us online or message us on Instagram (@align.swim) to let us assist you! Book an appointment with us here to come down and try on for an even better fit before purchasing.
Can I purchase a gift card?
Yes! We offer digital gift cards. You may purchase them here
How does the gift card work?
- We will send the recipient (the person you wish to gift to) a voucher code for them to redeem on our site!
- The code will expire 1 year from purchase. If you wish to order in other denomination, feel free to contact us at email@example.com
